Refund and Returns Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. This policy outlines your rights and our procedures for returns and refunds.

1. Returns Eligibility

You may request a return if:

  • The item is unused and in its original condition

  • The item is returned within 14 days of delivery

  • The product is in its original packaging

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

2. Non-Returnable Items

For safety and compliance reasons, the following items are non-returnable:

  • Opened or used products

  • Perishable goods

  • Items marked as non-returnable at the time of sale

  • Any product supplied as a commercial sample where the seal has been broken

  • Digital Products

  • Any session that has not been fulfilled in 14 days
     

3. Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Provide photos and a description of the issue

We will offer:

  • A replacement, or

  • A full refund (including shipping where applicable)
     

4. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • You will be notified of approval or rejection

  • Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 working days

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
     

5. Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error
     

6. Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch for a full refund

  • Once dispatched, the order must follow the standard return process
     

7. Consumer Rights

This policy does not affect your statutory rights under UK law, including your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

9. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund:

  • Check your bank account again

  • Contact your payment provider

  • Then contact us for assistance
